Welcome to my blog! Here I am pleased to tell you a little about my experiences in my favorite  hobbies.

Volunteer at a local animal shelter.

 I love animals, I decided to spend the day cleaning the areas where they keep, I prepared food and gave love to the animals that were up for adoption.I also helped organize a fundraising event. The experience taught me the value of teamwork and the importance of contributing to the community. Additionally, I developed event management skills and discovered the satisfaction of improving the lives of animals in need.

 Photography Course

Take part in a two-week photography course.

I attended theoretical and practical classes on photographic techniques, editing and composition. I went on several outings to capture images in different environments and participated in work critique and review sessions. I significantly improved my photography skills, learned to use my camera more efficiently, and developed a more critical eye for taking spectacular shots.

Wellness Retreat

Participate in a weekend wellness retreat. 

I participated in meditation activities, yoga, and workshops on nutrition and stress management. I enjoyed reflection sessions and connected with other participants through group activities. I emerged from the retreat with greater mental clarity and a renewed sense of well-being. I learned stress management techniques that I apply in my daily life.

How Critical Thinking and Media Literacy Influence Our Academic and Work Environments
